Message	I work for a dealership in Ca and this happends a lot, hopefully it is somehow under warranty if not we send ours to Socal when that happends and they have to take it apart and send it back fixed. Dont try to mess with it if you dont know what your doing, find someplace that repairs them. Sometimes they dont give us the cd's back, dont know why. Good luck
